A good rub does wonders for your meat, yeah? Keeps it supple, tender and moist. Rubbing your meat makes things so much better. It sets the tone so you can really spice things up. Some prefer a dry rub but that can chafe the meat – it really can. Some even prefer to beat their meat. Nothing wrong with that either. But you wanna know what the real secret is? Oil. You gotta give your meat a good oil rub. The secret is oil.
Not too much oil, just a little. And you have to massage it in deep – from the bottom the top – give that beef a good hard rub. And don’t forget to slap it. That’s the ultra-secret move. Slapping the meat while rubbing on the oil gets it ready for the spice – and who doesn’t like a little spice, right?
A good rub should last a minimum of 3 minutes. More is ALWAYS better, but three minutes is a good start. Then after it’s all prepped and ready, time to slide it in to that nice, hot oven. Oh yeah, baby – now we’re cookin!
It’s okay to share your meat secrets and tells all about the right way of doing things.
